MULTI-MEDIA DESIGNER

Reporting to the Communication Director, the MULTI-MEDIA DESIGNER rol will play a key role in delivering Avincis' communications strategy:



Develop creative solutions to effectively promote Avincis services across multiple online/offline channels.
Areas of work include the creation of PowerPoint presentations, data visualisation, social media content creation and monitoring effectiveness, exhibition and print material, infographics, animations, illustrations, video editing and interactive content.
Act as brand ambassador, ensuring that all creative output complies with company brand guidelines.
Stay current on latest creative marketing/technology trends and make recommendations to improve existing practice.
Assist with overseeing the internal and external comms content pipeline to ensure we consistently and regularly deliver high quality on and offline collateral.
Take and develop creative briefs from business partners across the business.
Work effectively with the wider communications team to complete projects to a high standard while hitting deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent typography skills and creative thinking complemented by strong design layout and attention to detail.



The successful candidate should be:



An experienced and creative multi-media designer with at least 4 years' experience working either in-house or for an agency (experienced freelancers also considered).
Qualified with a Bachelor's degree in the preferred and/or a related discipline.
Experienced at creating and adhering to brand guidelines.
Able to provide a portfolio of creative work including branding, infographics, data visualisation, graphics, animations, digital etc
Knowledgeable about the print process, checking and preparing large and small format design work print-ready.
Confident at basic video editing and animation creation.
Social media savvy on LinkedIn, FB, X and Instagram.
Familiar with digital marketing reporting: Google Analytics, social media and email marketing metrics.
