Job Description As a Medical Sales Representative you will.
Achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned territory by executing our company’s strategies and tactics.
Build and maintain mutual relationships with physicians, OR staff, key administration and purchasing personnel to grow and develop business.
Uncover and understand customer’s strategic priorities, buying motives, end user needs, office processes, and business operations across segments while demonstrating the ability to gain an order or product commitment.
Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through their clinical and product knowledge, and use product knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure accurate utilization of our products.
New product introductions, presenting pricing in line with company's policies, making budgetary proposals and following up on contracts.
In your first year in this role, you will go through a massive learning to acquire all required clinical knowledge and professional tools.
Positions' location is diverse; we have openings in the Jerusalem, North and Center areas of Israel.
Qualifications B.
a must; MBA is an advantage.
Sales and business approach; an ability to lead business processes and negotiate.
Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
Creativity, high level of motivation, ethical approach in achieving business goals.
A passion for healthcare and MedTech industry; eagerness to learn clinical materials and work closely with physicians.
The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
High level of English.
Knowledge of Office applications.
