As a global yet fast-evolving company, we're looking for team members who want to grow and evolve with us.About the role:We are looking for a Mechatronic Engineer who will join to Manufacturing Enginering team to be part of the production lines installation, reporting directly to the MFE assembly coordinator; this position is based at our manufacturing plant in Barbera del Vallés. As a Mechatronic Engineer, you will: • Machine Start-Up with Robots, Servo Drives, PLC’s, Artificial 2D Vision.• Electric, Pneumatic, Mechanical and automation elements programming.• Conceptual Machine design, supplier design validation, assembly follow up and final equipment validation assuring performance and quality.• Support on the project along complete life cycle.• Transfer know how to the plant and follow the problems and their solutions with the machine suppliers.• Full responsibility to specify, follow up and setup assigned production lines working inside manufacturing engineering department but also in team with all factory departments leaded by the project leader.• Investment’s calculation considering Life Cycle Cost for new products, industrialization quotations.• Feasibility analysis and design for manufacturing promotion.• Elaborate detailed technical specification for new equipment and tooling. To be used by suppliers to quote and design required equipment and tools.• New processes definition and improvement of the already existing ones.• Documentation preparation.• Analysis and improvements coordination, lessons learn and best practices collection.What you will bring:• To be a part in the decision making.• To be a part of the transversal team.• Learn and growth in a manufacturing environment to contribute on the improvements of the production lines and processes.• Develop creativity in the assigned projects.Other skills that we would welcome: • Five years or more experience's on industrialization department.• Knowledge on PLC, SCADA and industrial automation environment (e.g. Hardware and architectures).• Analytical, communication, leadership and teamworking skills.• Lean Manufacturing Methodology.
