MATERIALS AND PROCESSES QUALITY ASSURANCE (EAQA)

Descripción de puesto.
The candidate will be part of the EAQA Team based in Tres Cantos site where he/she will lead Materials and Processes Quality Assurance activities, in support to PA Manager, Engineering and Operations, in the frame of different projects.
The main tasks to perform are.
Support to the project Product Assurance Manager.
For M&P topics related to electronic assemblies taking part when needed to customer reviews like.
Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Equipment Qualification Status Review (EQSR) or Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR) EAQA is responsible for the Materials and Process Control Board (MPCB) EAQA skill dedicated to a project provides the status of conformance (SoC) for materials and processes (M&P) requirements, the request for approval (RFA) and gives the M&P inputs on critical item lists to the PA.
EAQA participates on MIP activities providing technical justifications Support to Engineering.
EAQA validates the qualification plans initiated by the Technology team, follows the progress of the qualification and validates the qualification reports.
EAQA contributes to the PCB layout design reviews at the interface with the Packaging Engineering team.
EAQA, as responsible for quality assurance in Materials and EEE parts assemblies, validates the product drawings (Assembly drawings, Surface treatment drawings, interface drawings…) and the product DML (Declared Materials List) submitted by the Packaging Engineering.
This validation allows the control of qualification status or activities during development phases.
Support to Operations.
EAQA validates the manufacturing files, Manufacturing Flow Chart and the execution files in case of repair to ensure that all processes involved are conform to PID or approved through specific qualifications covering project needs.
EAQA, as responsible for quality assurance in Processes, validates the product DPL (Declared Processes List) submitted by the Manufacturing Engineer.
This validation allows the control of qualification status or activities during development phases.
Education Engineer with proved knowledge in Electronic Manufacturing sector, desirable in Space environment Knowledge on Materials validations Knowledge on Processes implementation and control Knowledge of ECSS and/or IPC standards Knowledge of Quality Certification Systems such as EN.
Language English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
Work experience (Concept and time) Experience in Material validation and Processes Control for 3 to 5 years.
Experience in Quality Department for at least 1 year.
Desirable 3 to 5.
Soft Skills Capability to integrate and work in multidisciplinary team.
Methodical and organized.
