We offer a wide variety of marketing and advertising services, including strategy and planning, creative, content production, traditional and digital media advertising, influencer marketing, event marketing, e-commerce and performance marketing, among others.✔️ Your role at Cheil: Business Analyst (Marketing)✔️ What we are looking for?Cheil Spain, is looking for a Business Analyst with the mission to support not just cross functional Digital teams providing insights and business recommendations to increase sales, but also the creation of strategic dashboards towards conversion. Particular contribution in data accuracy is needed. You should be able to work independent but in a collaborative environment. We look for a passionate and motivated professional, ready to get challenged!What will be your to dos?Be able to define KPIs for evaluation of marketing activations and check that those measurements are technically possible.Do a variety of analyses to discover right audiences and behaviors within the Samsung website for new use cases to be found and implemented.Evaluate the success of personalized activations and next steps due to learnings.Create audiences within Adobe Analytics so that these can be used for A/B testing, CRM activations and even Paid Media.Evaluate Campaigns, promotions, marketing channels attribution, the funnel and much more for the understanding of the customer journey identifying insights with clear business recommendations.Be able to query in Google Cloud.Be able to create and maintain dashboards via Workspace in Adobe Analytics as well as Looker Studio for different objectives or actions related.Work together with Tech Lead to collaborate in data quality evaluation.Soft Skills:Independent, motivated, proactive and ready to get responsibilities to the next level.Being able to work as a team.Being an organized person.Keen to learn and understand business objectives and needs.Excellent communicational skill, being able to translate technical data executions into business insights and recommendations.Academic background•Business Administration | Mathematic | Statistic | related degreeExperience•At least 3 years of experience- as Data Analyst focused on discovering insights and giving business recommendations in a Digital Scope.•5 years of professional experience in total.Mandatory skills•Experience working with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for developing advanced analyses via personalized segments and metrics.•Experience in checking tracking codes of a website for evaluation of data quality.•Experience in Data Visualization working with Looker Studio, Power BI or other platform related.•Have clear understanding of Digital Marketing activations and scope for detecting business insights and recommendations.•Have experience working for SQL for querying.QualificationBusiness:•Digital Marketing knowledge.•Commercial mindset in the work done.•Visionary enough due to our final objective.Technical:•Advanced level Adobe and Google Analytics.•Experience working in visualization with Looker Studio.
