Job Description Maintain equipment (gas scrubbing and water treatment systems apart from battery testing equipment) to optimum operating condition by following the proper maintenance schedule and assist operator when called.

Daily; equipment start up, make sure extraction system, gas scrubber and water treatment are running properly.
Assist operators with equipment electrical and mechanical problems.
Weekly; Keep maintenance area organized and clean.
Control replacement parts inventory.
Let supervisor know in writing what’s needed.
Work on new working process when possible.
Equipment calibration control.
Active support in new test setups.
Follow all safety programs; lock/out programs.
Generation, collection and traceability of environmental documentation Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance.
Additional Information Must be able to work with others, teamwork and communication.
Must be a safe person and think before acting to maintain a safe work environment.
Must have a good sense of time management, what it takes to get the job done.
