ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure delivery of the hard services is compliant to EHS&S and Quality standards • Security systems like Fire safety, CCTV, Access Control and Burglary • Utilities and systems like Steam, Potable water, Sewer • Day to Day preventive and corrective maintenance on mentioned systems • Act as a chapter owner Fire & Explosion • Monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; monitor operational performance of service providers • Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects • Support the J&J Leiden Campus in the site-level deployment of enterprise Facilities programs • Initiate maintenance strategies for new equipment • Maintain site-level customer relationships with peers from Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering, understand their expectations and translate them into business service solutions Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in a technical or Facilities Management field of expertise Experience.
3-5 yrs.
And/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
VCA-VOL certification already obtained or intend to obtain it after recruitment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Strong focus and technical skills on EHS&S and GMP Quality • Good interpersonal skills to work with many different disciplines/nationalities/levels • Proficient Dutch and English • Availability to work in a strong demanding and fast changing environment • Initiate continuous improvement of processes and working methods • Technical writing knowledge
