OW a controlled 50/50 joint venture between EDP and Engie is looking for a proactive and analytical M&A Specialist.Are you willing to join a passionate and high performing team, in a cross-cultural, fast-paced, and strongly growing environment?GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Investment Analysis M&A team provides strategic valuation support to OW Senior Management as well as leading the execution of acquisition and divestment processes of the Joint Venture. It ensures that OW projects comply with Shareholders Investment criteria and actively discusses and updates the discount rates and relevant Investment criteria. The M&A Specialist will support the team with special focus on financial modelling. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES• Support on the development of complex financial models for greenfield investment and M&A projects. • Interaction with internal teams in order to gather the relevant valuation assumptions for each project stage• Support Associates and Managers with Financial analysis and updating the models the Specialist is accountable for.• Preparation of investment committee materials and internal transactions data base.ACADEMIC BACKGROUNDUniversity Degree in Engineering, Economics, BA or Finance.LANGUAGESAbility to read, write and speak English fluently.
