M&A SPECIALIST

We are a leading multinational company in the energy sector and we are looking for a person who shares our objectives and adds value as a M&A Specialist. The M&A Specialist plays a key role in evaluating, negotiating, and executing complex financial transactions. This role involves identifying and analyzing M&A opportunities, as well as structuring and financing these transactions, including fundraising and managing investment vehicles, to maximize value for all parties involved.Responsibilities:Actively participate in all stages of the negotiation and execution process of M&A transactions. Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure successful and smooth transaction execution.Design strategies for raising funds necessary to finance M&A transactions, whether through equity, venture capital, private equity, or debt financing. Negotiate terms and conditions with investors and financial entities to ensure adequate and profitable financing.Manage investment vehicles, such as investment funds, private equity funds, or debt funds, to facilitate investment in M&A opportunities. Oversee the structuring and management of these vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing return on investment for investors.Design optimal financial structures for M&A transactions, considering factors such as leverage, capital structure, and liquidity requirements. Utilize structured and debt financing tools, such as syndicated loans, bond issuances, and mezzanine debt structures, to optimize transaction financing.Conduct thorough due diligence to assess risks and opportunities associated with the transaction. Identify and mitigate potential financial, legal, and operational risks that may affect transaction success.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders. Communicate effectively and transparently to ensure alignment of interests and client satisfaction throughout the M&A process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA, or other advanced qualification is positively valued.5 to 10 years experience in a similar role.
