For further information: www.acronbeka.comROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe look for an entrepreneurial-spirited candidate to become a committed and active team member, with interest to grow and learn, and develop a career in the investment banking space.Tasks can include (but not limited to):Participate in the execution of active M&A mandates with exposure to clients, including preparation of information memoranda and management presentations, financial analysis, data room management, contribute to modelling and valuation works, etc.Participate in Marketing initiatives: preparation of market and strategic analyses.Preparation of financial analysis, trading and transaction comparable multiples.Industry screening for potential targets/buyers, financial valuations, etc.Produce and maintain databases (e.g.: maintain sector transaction-comparable database, league tables, etc.)Be responsible for coordination, training, and management of interns.BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIREDSuccessful 2-to-3-year experience as a junior team member (including experience as either junior analyst and/or full-time intern) in the sectors of Investment Banking (preferably Corporate Finance - M&A), Valuation Services or Private Equity. (Candidates with experience below 2 years will not be considered in any case).Strong academic background within Finance, Management, Economics or Engineering areasTeam player, determination to learn and improve performance. Strong numerical and analytical ability. Aptitude to think strategically.Working methods: committed, rigorous and detail-oriented attitude and ability to show initiative. Autonomous and multi-tasking. Capability to work efficiently under demanding deadlines, time management and strong ability to prioritizeTechnical competencies: good accounting, financial and valuation skills. Modelling knowledgesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLanguages: Native/Proficient level in Spanish + fluency in English will be compulsory.
