Expand all OWNERSHIP FOR COMPLETE ORDER PROCESS, FOR POS MATERIALS IN SAP, AS EXECUTION OF EVENTS AND SERVICES OF RB COOLERS/VISIT ITEMS.
Responsible for the full cycle of Logistics KPIS and procedures, and Customer satisfaction.- Track delivery from 3PL to end customer while ensuring high quality service.
Work towards the resolution of logistical and operational issues originating both from the 3PL and customer.
Provide accurate and helpful information to support internal and external Customers being the interface with the logistics providers for issues related to the deliveries.
Ensures that Processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines.
Escalates to the Key User and Operations Manager processes out of standards and contributes proactively in the improvement of processes.
PO creation, Material master data update, Goods movement in SAP.
Stock follow up and optimization.
Ensures proper documentation (manual, guidelines, BPPs) is all organized and filed for easy access Treatment of Complaints from Consumers.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUDGET OWNERSHIP; INVOICES CHECK REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
Support the Customer Service team for finish goods related tasks f needed Support in continuous improvement projects Handling of Quality Management issues Month/Year end closing, execution EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role.
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business or related field.
High level of analytical skills Attention to detail Strong communications skills (verbal and in writing) Work under pressure, good time management Ability to multitask essential Proactive, empathetic, patient, positive attitude.
Developed problem solving and analytical skills Proactive outlook on continuous improvement Mandatory ERP Knowledge.
SAP Microsoft excel medium-advanced Knowledge Fluent in English and Spanish Travel 0-10%
