LIVE EXPERT (FRENCH-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE - HIGH TECH INDUSTRY

We are looking for a French-speaking Live Expert (on-site) to join an innovative project for a global tech brand delivering world class customer service and sales support through a video call service.

Your benefits.
- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week.
Monday to Friday - Salary.
Euros gross/year + up to Euros gross/year in bonus.

- Demonstrate products and features on a video call - Increase sales and market share through your interactions - Deliver excellent customer service on each call by answering queries efficiently and confidently - Maintain an expert understanding of products - Merchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventory - Scriptwriting and translations - Creating and presenting training content - Support for filming tasks as required including potential out of hours working  We’ll be a great match if you.
