The Role As a Listing Agent, you will be the trusted partner for homeowners who want to bring their property to the market.
Your tasks will include.
Finding and securing new property listings in the local area Confidently negotiating with sellers Building strong, long-term relationships based on trust Working independently and as part of a supportive team Balancing office work with time spent meeting clients in the field Sharing local knowledge with clients – from schools and shops to the best beaches Who You Are You speak English and Spanish fluently; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage You have strong negotiation skills and high emotional intelligence You enjoy working with a team but are also self-motivated and proactive You feel comfortable working in an office and meeting clients on-site You believe in genuine service, ethical business, and building trust What We Offer A professional, friendly team with a strong, trusted brand A modern office base in La Zenia with flexibility to work in and out of the office A supportive franchise network that values your development The opportunity to help people at important moments in their lives Apply today and become part of our story.
