LEVEL 2 SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTER ANALYST

Your day to day.
The purpose of L2 SOC Analyst is to provide security analyst expertise 24/7 and contribute to the success of the VOIS Security Operations Center (SOC) with particular focus on the Italian market.
To understand the business requirement and work on the emerging cloud technologies to deliver smooth and seamless business operations.
To investigate and analyze the alerts triggering in the respective platform and triage them accurately.
To give ideas in order to fine-tune the rules and content ingesting in the platform.

Investigate, Analyze and triage the security alerts; Participate in the daily-stand up calls; Acts as primary technical subject matter expert; Build a knowledgebase by writing KB articles; Proactively work on fine-tuning and effort reduction ideas; Continuously work to stabilize the process; Sync up with Local Market CSIRT Team for on-going Cases; Document SOP, KEDB, processes and procedures ad reports; Conduct brown bag sessions for the team members; Working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
With these skills you are a great candidate.
Proven experience in Cyber Security, Event Analysis, Security Incident investigation and management; Previous experience and knowledge in SIEM technologies and SIEM correlation rules; Industry recognized security certifications are a plus CCNA Cyber Ops, CEH, etc.; Business English minimum B2 level.
