The learning specialist role is focused on managing a team of trainers to execute the learning offer to our associates and managers.
The role works closely with the learning manager to partner with operations to ensure our customers’ needs are met.

You’ll be responsible for team management, business analysis, data interpretation, daily team meetings, project oversight for strategy implementation, and risk mitigation.
our day-to-day routine will be dynamic, with active participation in various meetings, including our “Daily Dive Deep” sessions, stakeholder calls (such as Assumptions, Labour Planning, Quality, and Safety discussions), and one-on-one meetings with essential stakeholders.
You will also play a pivotal role in PIT governance, overseeing aspects like capacity management, trainer certification, content enhancement, and project management.
esides these critical tasks, you’ll be responsible for team organisation, training coordination, and administrative duties.
This includes reviewing resumes, interviewing, and providing valuable feedback during trainer interactions.
