Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' needs and objectives to offer personalized solutions that add value.
Organize and coordinate various aspects and resources involved in international educational projects, both internally and externally.
Maintain comprehensive control over all available company resources to ensure project success, with a particular focus on time management.
Supervise tasks at each phase of the projects to ensure adherence to plans and objectives. This involves overseeing each specific task of team members.
Monitor the performance of key accounts closely, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
Stay informed about market trends and competition to inform sales and product development strategies.
Prepare periodic reports on account performance and sales activities.

Minimum requirements What type of profile are we looking for?
Previous experience of at least 6-8 years as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
Client-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
Fluent level of English (C1/C2)
Fluent level of Spanish (B2+/C1)
Preferred: Understanding of the US university environment.
