SERVICE MANAGER DIGITAL WORKPLACE

This is your opportunity!We are looking for a Service Manager Digital Workplace to join our team!A Services Manager Digital Workplace is responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's digital workplace services, including hardware, software, applications, and communication tools. The primary focus of the role is to enable employees to be productive and efficient by providing them with the necessary tools and technologies.Description of role and responsibilities:Develop and implement digital workplace strategies that align with the organization's goals.Manage day-to-day operations of digital workplace services, including hardware, software, and communication tools.Ensure operational efficiency and meet employee needs through digital workplace services.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for new solutions and upgrades.Develop and maintain a budget for digital workplace services.Train and support employees in using digital workplace tools and technologies.Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital workplace services.Lead a team, providing guidance and support in the digital workplace domain.Continuous adaptation to evolving technologies and practices in the digital workplace space.Education degree & technical experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.Technical knowledge/Accountabilities:Successfully led and executed end-to-end migrations from various platforms to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal business disruption and achieving seamless data migration.Experience in IT-Shop is desirable.Proven track record in implementing and optimizing IT asset management strategies, resulting in increased operational efficiency and compliance adherence.Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough assessments of existing asset management processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall effectiveness.Ensured successful integration of digital workplace asset management initiatives within the organization.Implemented training programs for end-users on ServiceNow and other digital tools, contributing to high levels of adoption and proficiency across the organization.Applied strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in asset management, resulting in streamlined processes and cost savings.Experience:3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting digital workplace environments focused on Microsoft 365 products.Experience managing a team of digital workplace services professionals.Proven ability and experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Office apps.Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and Power Apps.Understanding of business models, particularly within the context of digital workplaces.Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are highly desirable.Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of the German language is a plus.We offer you the opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment, taking part in new projects.Within our benefits as employee, we provide:Competitive salary + variable compensation60% Mobile workFlexible entering hours30 working days of holidaysAnnual Training PlanMercedes-Benz benefits (Renting plans, employee discount)
