The Group is currently employing more than 5.000 people.S&P Group’s purpose is to innovate by developing ventilation solutions that are energy efficient, easy to install, reliable and durable to ensure air quality in all the indoor spaces that we inhabit.ABOUT THE JOBAs part of a recently created business analytics department, we are looking for a professional with good technical and analytical skills that will allow us to enhance our capabilities related to the data analysis through Power BI.The Business analytics department works closely with the different business teams in all related with data analysis, increasing our data accessibility, improving our data visualization, and enabling teams to address the different aspects of the business with more information and obtain better quality insights.Thus, this person will collaborate with the different business teams, both national and international subsidiaries, to understand the requirements and provide the analytical solutions needed. The role we are seeking to cover requires a proactive and curious profile. Part of the work will require to address new projects, without anything predefined, so it is important to have a wide perspective of the different topics.WORK-RESPONSABILITIES·             Develop of KPIs, reports and visualizations through Power BI.·             Connect to various data sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel files, APIs) and transform data for analysis.·             Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service.·             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges.·             Provide training and support to users on Power BI tools and best practices.·             Translate business needs into technical specifications and build scalable, efficient data models.REQUIRED SKILLS·                Experience of at least 2 years or more working with Power BI.·                Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.·                Experience in developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports.·                Experience of data visualization and modelling in Power BI, utilizing a range of in-built and custom capabilities.·                Excellent English language skills.
