From your first day to every moment thereafter, you’re going to love what you do!ResponsibilitiesWork directly with business stakeholders at different levels to analyse, document and translate business requirements into effective solutions.Lead gap/fit analysis and business requirements, identifying gaps per type and criticality while proposing alternative solutions (work around, customisation, 3rd party).Supports test planning and execution.Support ecommerce and production teams on transforming e-commerce data into operational insights.Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.Support on brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the company's e-commerce approach and creates business cases around them.Support developing e-commerce solutions (Development Lifecycle reporting, user guides documentation on new features).Manages data documentation.Product Roadmap process support.Support eCommerce and Production team on determining the company's e-commerce goals and KPIs.Actively involved in the Product Delivery Sprints and full project cycle implementation for the Delivery Team, including quality assurance and testing of solutions (standard, customised, 3rd party integrations).Understands and contributes to EMEA vision.Backlog ManagementGather and analyse requirements:technical, commercial, functional, etc.Ensure requirements are properly documented.DeliveryWork with Production team, providing together the optimal product solution.Organise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for an optimal product delivery.Build strong working relationships across departments.Identify, size and manage dependencies affecting the delivery.Support planning of agile cycle/iterations.Participate in daily review sessions.Evaluate product progress at each iteration.Support Delivery Management Framework. maintaining, supporting tools and inputting into the WoW.Share knowledge with the organization.Demo and train on product functionalities.DocumentationEnsuring projects and solutions are documented appropriately according to the Project Management Framework defined.Also carry out from time to time and as directed, tasks in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.Requirements2+ years of experience in online environment and transactional websites.2+ years of experience in a commercial position.Proficiency in English, any other languages are a plus.Ideally to have knowledge of Agile methodology, processes and tools.Ideally to have knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Data Studio and Hotjar.Good communication skills to get the best performance out of employees and vendors.BenefitsHybrid work-model.23 days of vacation.Flexible schedule, to guarantee life-work balance.Intensive schedule every Friday of the year and the whole month of August!A 50% discount in our stores.Welcome pack between 1-3rd month.Coffee, tea, fruits at the office.Monthly special breakfast for all the office.
