Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Como parte de este emocionante rol, participarás en diferentes proyectos.
TAREAS .
Definir y ejecutar proyectos de ServiceDesk Plus, incluyendo la planificación con el cliente y el equipo, identificando y gestionando mejoras y desviaciones.
Atender las necesidades de los clientes de Ambit, resolviendo incidencias y solicitudes en la gestión de plataformas ITSM con enfoque en ServiceDesk Plus.
Instalar, configurar y personalizar ServiceDesk Plus, adaptándolo a los procesos del cliente y asegurando la integración con sus sistemas y herramientas.
Proporcionar formación y soporte técnico continuo, evaluando el uso de la herramienta para impulsar la mejora continua.
Mantener actualizada la documentación del proyecto, comunicando progresos y asegurando la disponibilidad en el gestor documental establecido.
Participar en reuniones con clientes para revisar avances, resolver consultas técnicas y asegurar la alineación con las mejores prácticas del sector.
Además, para la posición se requerirá formarse (a cargo de la empresa) en nuevas tecnologías como VLMS, MES o eQMS, para su implementación y gestión en cliente.
SKILLS .
FPII / Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior Informática.
Experiencia – Más de 5 años.
Gestión de proyectos Sistemas ITSM (Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus) Implantación Aplicaciones Cliente-Servidor, SaaS y Web Metodología ITIL Formaciones y demos a clientes Nivel de Inglés B2 ♛ Deseable.
MS SQL Cristal Reports Scripting Powershell HORARIO .
h - h de lunes a viernes (flexible) 100% remoto.
