IT TALENT SOURCER

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for you to work as IT Talent Sourcer!Responsibilities:Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online sourcing, networking, and social media.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Conduct initial phone screenings with IT candidates in the beginning, to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter (6 months)General knowledge of IT market and roles.Knowledge of searching tools (LinkedIn, job boards, proffessional communities, etc).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to create professional job descriptions and selling outreaches for candidates.Good command of English would be a strong advantage.About HCLTech:We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
