Job Title: IT Security Specialist Product Owner / Business Analyst (Crypto Card Security)

Job Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced IT Security Specialist to perform dual roles as a Business Analyst
(BA) and Product Owner (PO) within the security domain of card-based systems. The ideal candidate will
have hands-on experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features related to cryptographic
operations, CVV, and PIN security.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner and Business Analyst for security-focused features in card systems.
Manage the product backlog, define epics and user stories, and prioritize tasks based on business value.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define and refine requirements.
Ensure the delivery of secure features involving cryptographic elements (crypto, CVV, PIN).
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on product progress.
Work within agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles related to security and product ownership/business analysis.
Strong understanding of cryptographic technologies, CVV, PIN management, and secure card
processing.
Experience in card security business or payment systems (desired).
Ability to work independently and remotely with distributed teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills
Security domain expertise in cryptography, PIN, and CVV
Experience working with secure card systems
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
