IT OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD

The FRS Group is a leading German shipping company which transports passengers, vehicles and cargo (www.frs.de). With more than 150 years' experience, the Company operates routes using ferries and fast crafts in Europe, USA and Canada, Northern Africa and the Middle East. Its fleet ranges from water taxis to modern ferries and catamarans. FRS has focused its efforts on internationalization, transforming itself from a regional ferry operator to an active business group with branch offices spread throughout Europe, USA and Canada, Africa and the Middle East, offering ferry services for vehicles and passengers, excursions, freight divisions and even regional bus routes.We are a looking for a motivated and energetic person with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work as IT Operations Team Lead in our offices in Tarifa with the IT Departments in Spain and Morocco. You will report to the local IT Director.Key responsibilities:·        Management of IT support teams.·        Management of network. ·        Capacity to produce documentation and reporting.·        Availability to make on call duty.Languages:·        High level of English.·        French will be an extra value.Computer skills:·        Networking ·        Helpdesk management·        Windows server (AD, GPO, FileServer, etc)·        Linux·        Virtualización·        WIFIWe are offering:·        Competitive salary depending on candidate.·        Flexible core hours.·        Fixed contract after 4 months trial period·        Multicultural and multilingual environment.·        Opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies.·        Career plan to grow in the Company. Please send your application to rocio.sampalo@frs.es, with the subject “IT Operations Team Lead”.
