OW a controlled 50/50 joint venture between EDP and Engie is looking for a proactive and team player IT Network AssociateAre you willing to join a passionate and high performing team, in a cross-cultural, fast-paced, and strongly grOWing environment?GENERAL DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced IT Network Associate with Network Experience on Azure and FortiGate to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide technical support for our IT infrastructure, including our network systems and Azure cloud services.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES• Provide technical support for our IT infrastructure, including network systems and Azure cloud services.• Manage and maintain network systems, including FortiGate firewalls, switches, and routers.• Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, bandwidth, and performance issues.• Configure and manage Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.• Monitor and maintain server hardware, software, and operating systems.• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the delivery of IT services meets business needs.• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure documentation and procedures.ACADEMIC BACKGROUNDMaster Degree in Engineering, Electrical speciality is desirable.LANGUAGESStrong command of English language (written and spoken).PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, including network systems and Azure cloud services.KNOWLEDGE• Strong experience with FortiGate firewalls, switches, and routers.• Experience with Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.• Understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols, including DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and SNMP.• Experience with network monitoring tool Zabbix are a plus.• Relevant certifications such as Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.SKILLSExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.By selecting “Apply” above, you indicate:you have read and acknowledge OW Candidates Privacy Notice: https://www.oceanwinds.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/OW_Privacy-notice-for-candidates_v3.pdfOW is authorized to store your CV in case your job application is unsuccessful to use it in another recruitment process that may arise in the future
