entro del departamento de IT Security, Infra, Network & Workplace la persona formará parte del equipo de IT Infrastructure & Operations con las siguientes responsabilidades y tareas:-Asegurar una entrega confiable y optimización de los servicios IT de Infraestructura especialmente enfocado, pero no solo, de las plataformas de “automatización”, alineado con el coste planificado, así como, los niveles de calidad, tiempo, rendimiento y disponibilidad definidos maximizando el valor a negocio.-Participar en el proceso de gestión de incidencias, problemas, cambios, entregas y despliegues, de manera que se puedan encontrar rápidamente la causa de los problemas y realizar los cambios necesarios para su resolución y mantener actualizada en todo momento- Encontrar las mejores soluciones tecnológicas para dar salida a las necesidades de negocio mediante innovación y la automatización, con un seguimiento constante de las tecnologías emergentes, así como las buenas prácticas definidas en el Grupo Volkswagen.
Todo ello enfocado a la mejora continua de las metodologías y estandares IT.- Garantizar que las nuevas soluciones creadas sigan las directrices de arquitectura y seguridad.
