We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What are we looking for?We are looking for an IT Business Analyst working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Working closely with the end user to define requirementsCoping within a fast moving environmentPresenting issues and solutions to team members with concise wayProducing quality documentation, requirements and analysis on the current internal data lake as well as on new cloud technologiesVery good communication skills, being able to translate technical requirements to non-technical partners and to communicate clear solutions.Ideally experience of supporting products with high visibilityWillingness to and comfortable with speaking up when you see something that can be done better with appropriate manners and in the right forumsRepresenting the team in meetings with senior bank stakeholders when required.Designing and enhancing the technical solution when required to resolve incidents or to deliver new solutionsLiaising with additional internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables when required.Taking full ownership of any team changes deployed💡 What UST expects from you?Proven experience in banking with taxation regulationYou will have a solid background and success in previous roles leading technical resources.Experience working with developersOwning the products supported in the area from a technical perspectiveExcellent data analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information from many sourcesExperience of writing SQL with experience in analysing and interrogating data and data mapping between systems7+ years experience working as Technical Analyst/Bussines AnalystGood english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).📍 Work location100% remote within Spain.⏰ Work scheduleBusiness Hours.
