We are looking for Business Analyst to be part of our Supply Chain – Customer Service team, focused on Ecommerce solutions.
Position Snapshot  Location.
Nestle Global Tech Hub Barcelona, Spain Type of Contract.

Rate 100% Supply Chain Customer Service Type of work.
Hybrid/Remote Work Language.
Fluent Business English   The role   In this position, you will work as a liaison between the IS/IT & Business Customers and Consumers.
As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions.
You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions where communication and team collaboration is key.
What you’ll do   Strategy Development and Improvement.
Support the Product Manager in developing and implementing the product strategy, managing applications lifecycle and roadmap to maximize its adoption/value.
Identify gaps in existing functionalities and opportunities for improvement.
Design business scenarios and use cases for the product.
Process and Solution Analysis, Documentation, and Testing.
Analyze and document solutions, logic, process flows, and specifications.
Develop and deliver training materials for the product area.
Support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third-level sustain.
Compliance.
Ensure conformity throughout the solution lifecycle by identifying, assessing, and addressing security and compliance requirements.
Business Process Automation.
Identify opportunities for process automation.
Work with business partners and vendors to implement automation solutions.
Communication.
Partner with different stakeholders within business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements.
Engage with other streams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Global Logistics, others) to ensure alignment and collaboration within virtual teams, when proposing the best IT products to support the company objectives.

Minimum qualifications.
5+ years of experience in SAP BRIM/CI (Convergent Invoicing), preferably within Ecommerce context, with strong knowledge on Billing and Invoicing processes, the integration to FI-CA and interactions within BRIM Experience in Supply Chain Sales and Distribution (SD), building and deploying applications for Order to Cash (O2C) business processes, understanding its complexities, interdependencies and boundaries across various areas, and ability to translate these into application requirements.
Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, architecture standards, and understanding of middleware platforms.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, etc.) for creating documents, presentations, process flows, and other work-related materials.
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, Sciences or Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Bonus Points If You.
Experience on Ecommerce related ecosystems (B2B and D2C) and related SAP components – OMF (Order Management Foundation), OMSA (OM for Sourcing and Availability), VC&P (Variant Configuration and Pricing), or SAP Commerce Cloud (former Hybris) within B2B context.
Experience on Payment Orchestration, International Billing and Subscription-based e-commerce model.
Knowledge on testing and troubleshooting (e.
.
ABAP – read and understand program coding and debugging; API connectivity via Postman;).
Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, or tools like Jira, Confluence, or CI/CD pipelines.
