Aufgaben
Als IT-Administrator Microsoft betreust Du eine hybride IT-Infrastruktur, u.a. mit MS Windows Server, MS Exchange, MS 365, aber auch mit Netzwerk und IT-Security - Produkten.
Du betreust die Systemlandschaft, inklusive Netzwerk und Backup.
Du arbeitest in verschiedenen Projekte im Windows-Server-, Active -Directory- sowie Microsoft-Office-Umfeld mit.
Du bist erster Ansprechpartner bei technischen Problemen. First and Second Level-Support für die Mitarbeiter bei Hard- und Software Problemen sind somit Teil Deiner Aufgaben.
Qualifikation
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Windows-Systemadministration mit Schwerpunkt M365 / Microsoft Teams
Mit deiner Service-Orientierung unterstützt Du bei der Lösungsfindung verschiedenster Anwenderthemen
Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden/Mitarbeitern. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sind hierbei selbstverständlich für Dich.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, um unseren Kunden auf Augenhöhe begegnen zu können
Du sprichst außerdem Englisch und Spanisch
