You will also be able to work on HR-related side projects.
Your Responsibilities Here is an overview of what you will be doing on a day-to-day basis.
Support the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting phone and video call pre-qualifications.
Manage a pipeline of candidates, ensuring high-quality follow-up at every stage of the recruitment process.
Develop a network of top talents in sales, customer success, and other internal departments.
Participate in the development of new sourcing channels.
Improve our job offers and any recruitment-related content.
Identify opportunities for optimising the hiring process and improving candidate experience.
Work on HR-related projects such as Employer branding, School relationships, FairsNative French and fluent English, another language is a plusA degree in HR, Communication, or from a Business School is highly appreciatedPreference will be given to candidates in their final year of internshipMust be organised, curious, and have a proactive mindsetExcellent communication skills are requiredAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasksMust be a collaborative team player
