CRM Specialist (HubSpot) - M/F As a CRM Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams, contributing to the successful implementation and utilization of the HubSpot CRM system.
The responsibilities.
Assist in the implementation and configuration of the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Helps to maintain a clean, thoughtful and organized CRM that is easy to navigate and work in.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify CRM requirements and develop strategies for effective customer relationship management.
Support the creation and optimization of CRM workflows, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
Assist in data management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Generate reports and analyze CRM data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.
Partner with business units and stakeholders to resolve issues with the CRM.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and system functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in CRM and marketing automation to suggest improvements and enhancements to the existing processes.
What we are looking for.
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and its functionalities is required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Knowledge of marketing and sales concepts, strategies, and techniques is a plus.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
