As an International Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our international clients.
This position requires fluency in English, and proficiency in a second language is preferred.
Key Responsibilities.
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiating offers and assisting with onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.
Requirements.
Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in a second language is preferred.
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
