This role offers full flexibility, allowing you to manage your time as you see fit, with no strict 9 to 5 schedule.
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing a network of sourcing channels and placing top-tier international talent for our diverse client base across Europe.
Your Responsibilities.
From your first responsibility, you will ensure a qualitative full candidates recruitment process by.
- Develop and build a network of local sourcing channels for candidates looking for a job opportunity abroad.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various international roles, mostly entry-level.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, while managing your Marketing & Sourcing tools budget.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights, strategies, and support.

- Previous experience living abroad (studies for example).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
