INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION LEAD - BYBIT CARD

Bybit Card team is looking to add International Expansion Lead who will take over the work related to launch in new markets.What You Will Be Doing: Create comprehensive and actionable strategies for the global expansion of Bybit Card in alignment with the leadership's strategic vision. This involves gaining insights into regulatory frameworks, assessing the need for local licenses, and defining partnership criteria.Identify appropriate BIN sponsor partners in the target jurisdictions, select the best fitting one, and negotiate appropriate commercial terms with them.Perform a detailed analysis in the specified region in collaboration with the product management team, and decide on the optimal product setup for the launch of Bybit Card in that market.Serve as the business sponsor and primary catalyst for project implementation, uniting external and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective rollout of Bybit Card in the specified jurisdiction.What We Looking For:Min 5 years of experience in fintech environment and responsible for product management, operations, or business developmentUnderstand Visa and Mastercard rules in the card issuing space, especially when it comes to launching and operating co-branded products with fintech players.Intimately familiar with how three party payment systems (e.g. Mastercard) work both on technical and organizational level.You have previously negotiated and setup BIN sponsorship deals for fintech players.Prepare to learn on the job and undertake a wide variety of tasks within the operations team.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits!Flexible working hours and casual work attire.A dynamic and challenging work environment where you can grow your skills.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the fast-paced crypto and blockchain space.A supportive team culture that values innovation, performance, and diversity.A global work environment where international teams foster cross-cultural collaboration andsynergy.
