HAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Business Development Analyst, you will, in cooperation with the local Insurance and CRM units, develop statistical analyses and models to support the business development of the DCB insurance business, such as.
ustomer Profiling, as an input for the Product Development, to develop the optimal protection offer for different customer segments.
urchase propensity models, to understand best fit between customer need and product for the different segments.
rice sensitivity analysis, to ensure a high protection level is offered to our customers.
istant channels analytics (Telemarketing and Digital), as an input for the Distant Channels Manager.
d hoc business development projects.
XPERIENCEAt least 3 years of experience in CRM, data analytics or similar functions, ideally in an insurance company or in a Consumer finance company.
DUCATIONUniversity degree in Mathematics or Statistics, or demonstrated experience in statistical modelling.
KILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience in developing and applying common statistical models, with common tools such as SAS, R or Python.
eneral understanding of the insurance business in consumer finance.
apacity to work autonomously with the local Insurance and CRM units, and to come up with own ideas for analyses and models that could help fostering the business.

igh proficiency in English and SpanishKnowledge in other languages such as German or French will be valued positively.
