Tasks
Proactively engage with assigned accounts to initiate contact and generate, verify, and cultivate leads.
Build, foster, and enhance relationships with existing customers.
Identify customer needs through telephone conversations.
Address customer inquiries via email and/or telephone promptly.
Document all pertinent information accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Transmit recorded leads, appointments, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Successful completion of commercial training or equivalent professional experience or education.
Demonstrated experience in initiating contact and sales within the realm of IT consulting and/or IT services (e.g., proactive telephone outreach).
Proficient in commonly used MS Office tools.
Self-reliant work approach coupled with exceptional customer focus.
Robust team mindset, effective communication abilities, and a passionate attitude.
Fluent in German with proficient written and spoken English skills.
