Transforming planning and optimization with AI - Ericsson We work closely with Communication Service Providers (CSP) on creating innovative telco AI solutions in the areas of planning, deployment, optimization and healing automation either on-prem or on public cloud.
We are looking for Strategic Product Managers (SPM’s) to join our team.
As innovation and pre-development product manager, you will be responsible for managing the investment in the stages of innovation and pre-development investment.
This will span multiple products, technologies and platforms.
You will develop a strategic approach as a product leader, with clear understanding of customer needs and business goals together with other product managers.
You will be responsible for creating the red thread across the different offerings to ensure consistent use of technology and efficient R&D utilization.
You will build and communicate an effective product vision, develop, implement and communicate the innovation direction balancing the product-far and product-near innovation and pre-development.
You must be passionate about business, numbers, selling software, AI, data and cloud technologies to customers at different stages from their digital transformation journey.
You must be on top of the new technologies and trends in relevant areas and industries of mobile connectivity, cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
You are also expected to lead the teams to create global movement and new unprecedented technologies or technology applications across the software portfolio.
Your day-to-day work will look different, as you engage with customers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Doing so, you need to foster a culture of innovation across organizations, stay up to date on industry trends and technological development and use market intelligence to make strategic and tactical decisions.
To be successful in this role, you must have.
A passion to shape the AI market and make technological world firsts Strategic product leadership and product lifecycle management experince in a software enterprise or organization Solid understanding of AI, data science, analytics and cloud technologies Solid understanding of SMO and ORAN alliance architecture and use cases Solid understanding of SON technologies and go-to-market models All-round understanding of the software industry sales and delivery models Eye for business and awareness that span unit and enterprise levels The ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Consultative selling and negotiation skills Experience in influencing and managing people from a diverse set of backgrounds   Long Description Plus, you should.
