As a member of our team in the EY GDS office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches.
You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities Specifically, we ensure compliance with immigration regulations for foreigners in Spain, under the following legal frameworks.
COMMUNITY REGIME (Royal Decree ).
GENERAL REGIME FOR FOREIGNERS (Law and Royal Decree ).
LAW SUPPORTING ENTREPRENEURS AND INTERNATIONALIZATION.
Skills and attributes for success Ability to work in a team Analytical and synthetic capacity Proactivity and problem solving Interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with tight deadlines, reporting to several managers simultaneously To qualify for the role, you must have Graduates in Law, or similar Good command of both Spanish and English (B2/C1) Proficient in Windows and advanced level in the Microsoft Office suite.
Ideally, you’ll also have Master's degree in Inmigration Law is a plus.
Previous experience in the required area.
