Context We’re launching a new business unit within Otium Leisure Group, a top entertainment company in France (escape games, VR adventures etc.), managing hundreds of Points of Sale (PoS) and employing over 300 people across Europe and the US, in the fast-growing immersive exhibition industry.

If that sounds appealing, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities Revenue Generation & Marketing Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives to boost revenue (pricing) & customer success.
Support marketing acquisition strategies to expand customer base (repeat etc.).
Make company processes more efficient to support expansion (tools etc.).
Finance & Performance Create dashboards to better analyze operational performance.
Establish budgets, predict spending, and monitor financial outcomes.
Find ways to reduce costs and increase profits.
Strategy & Market Analysis Analyze market trends, demands and competitor strategies.
Identify and assess new revenue streams (e.
., sponsorship, b2b etc.).
