We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bank Solutions Sales professional to join our Iberia team, covering clients across Spain, Portugal, and Andorra.
This is a front-office sales role focused on delivering sophisticated market and balance sheet solutions to bank clients.
Key Responsibilities.
• Drive the distribution of market-based solutions tailored to the specific needs of banks in the Iberian region.
• Originate and structure trades across a broad range of asset classes, including derivatives, bonds, repos, and structured credit.
• Provide strategic advisory on Bank ALM and balance sheet optimization.
• Work closely with clients on regulatory and accounting implications of transactions, including the impact on LCR, NSFR, and other liquidity metrics.
• Maintain strong awareness of evolving banking regulations and accounting frameworks impacting the region.
• Collaborate with internal structuring, trading, legal, and risk teams to deliver optimal client outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial markets sales, preferably with a focus on bank clients.
• Solid understanding of bank treasury and ALM practices, including experience advising on liquidity management and regulatory ratios (LCR, NSFR, etc.).
• Deep product knowledge across fixed income, derivatives, and structured solutions.
• Strong grasp of banking regulation and accounting treatment for financial instruments.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
