HSEQ INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR

We are a company specialized in providing operation and maintenance services in power generation plants, mainly in the renewable energy sector. Leader in the Operation and Maintenance market, RES is present in 24 countries and maintains more than 17 GW of renewable energy. We are hiring a HSEQ INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR.Functions:1. To ensure the correct performance of the different safety, quality and environmental management processes of the services provided, assessing, supervising, coordinating and participating in the implementation and maintenance of the integrated management systems, verifying legal compliance in subsidiaries. 2. To develop a preventive culture in the RES subsidiaries, providing resources and implement processes that allow the subsidiary to be autonomous in HSQE. Playing periodical assessment. 3. Playing the role of legal HSE managers in those subsidiaries where no HSE manager is hired or even no HSE legal representative exists. 4. Evaluate the performance of HSQE personnel in subsidiaries. 5. Among their duties are, but not limited to: - HSQE legal compliance audits. - Conducting and/or adapting risk assessments to local legislation (if no country support exists). - Identification and implementation of legal and customer requirements in different subsidiaries. - Support in the development of training itineraries, and HSQE training, and if necessary delivery of the same. - Implementing and maintaining HSQE systems - Meetings with clients. - Supervision and support in the implementation of preventive culture and HSQE campaigns in subsidiaries. - Follow-up of HSQE projects in subsidiaries in cooperation with local staff. - Support in the preparation of tenders or review of HSQE contracts in subsidiaries. - International reporting to Global Director on accident rate, legal compliance, critical issues, etc.- Reporting periodically HSQE KPIs to interested parties (within or out of the company) - Plan, improve and follow up on the WH&S Risk Prevention Plan, specific WH&S procedures, listed in the Integrated Management System Manual. - Plan and manage with Occupational Health Doctors the coordination of medical checkings, medical surveillance, risks assessments, etc. - Coordinate business activities, taking into account customer requirements, facilities characteristics, subcontracted activities and hierarchical level in service engagement. - Collaborate in the elaboration of the Management Plan of the section (objectives, actions, investments and expenses). - Adapt the Ingeteam corporative work instructions and risk assessment of each Business Unit, to the Australian legislation / format. - Investigating accidents and safety events. - Playing as the main HSQE reference between subsidiaries (without local HSE representation) and headquarters, and being the connection between local HSQE managers and HSQE corporation department. • Carry out safety inspections on site from time to time (safety walks). - Any other function inherent in the job or professional group to which it belongs, which is assigned to it.Minimum requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree, Electrical Engineering education or equivalent preferable.- 2 years as HSQE manager, preferable in renewable energies or construction companies.- Master in Occupational Risks Prevention or equivalent (NEBOSH)- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.- IMS related training and internal auditing- Deep knowledge in relevant standards: e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISODesirable requirements:- Oral and written communication skills in other languages like French or Italian will be desirable. - Must possess enthusiasm and initiative, must be able to prioritize and should be well organized. - Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications - Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to identify critical instructions. - Flexibility in communication requirements (i.e. must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with people from any position in the organization. - Good analysis of issues and concerns and systematic formulation of organizational systems and procedures. - Checks and balances the procedures in the organization through regular audits and inspections. - Must have availability to travel to other countries. - Experience in preparation for IMS certification, or as an qualified and certified auditor
