• Unterstützung vorbereitender Maßnahmen der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (Erfassung Mehrarbeitsanträge, Springertätigkeiten, Vertreterzulagen, Sonderzahlungen) im SAP • Bearbeitung der Zeitwirtschaft und des Krankheitswesens(eAU/EEL) • Erfassung und Abrechnung von Reisekosten • Durchführung von diversen Personalmaßnahmen im SAP HR-System • Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung und Abrechnung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge • Betreuung JobFit-Gesundheitsförderung / Zuschuss Fitnessstudio • Bearbeitung von Pfändungen • Erstellung div.
Statistiken und Auswertungen • Sonstige Organisatorische Verwaltungs- und Administrationsaufgaben Requisitos Wir erwarten.
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung • Erste Kenntnisse im Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungswesen von Vorteil • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis & Zahlenaffinität • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Diskretion und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein freundlicher Umgangston • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel • Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil Se ofrece Unser Angebot.
