This area is among others responsible for the governance and stability our HR IT system – SuccessFactors – Employee Central.Together with the team you will have the responsibility for re/designing all people related processes and finding the more effective solutions for communicating and administering these in a fast growing, global, fully remote business.You will be supporting our Employee Central rollout in collaboration with the EC Project Management and the HR IT counterpart.Tasks and responsibilities: • Lead and manage HR governance within Employee Central Module in Success Factors (own the respective end-to-end HR process up to implementation)• Manage process ownership to continuously develop to improvement EC processes• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on EC related inquires along with HR policies and processes.• Provide deep functional domain expertise, advice and strategic guidance to HR• Identify and resolve EC data inaccuracies via audits and by creating global data governance process• Develop global HR policies and internal practices• Partnering with the regions on EC related topics• Facilitate the cooperation with the various IT departments for connected third-party systems• Drive and gather decisions on global and local adaptations of EC blueprint• Support the Employee Central rollout in collaboration with project management and the HR IT counterpartQualifications: • University degree• 5 years experience at least.• Multiple years of experience in HR / Shared Service• Extensive knowledge of HR process design• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and processes.• Past experience with global data governance and data audits• High IT affinity and profound SAP SuccessFactors experience• Profound knowledge of Employee Central processes• Experienced in a multicultural setting• Fluent in EnglishPreferred Qualifications: • Valuable master's degree in Human ResourcesDegree Psicology, Employment Relations, Law or Business Administration• Fluency in German that would be a plus.Corporate Benefits • Intensive summer day and every Friday of the year.• Possibility of accessing restaurant vouchers, nursery vouchers, private medical insurance.• Possibility of teleworking after passing the trial period (3 days from home / 2 from the office).• Continuous training.• Discounts on major brands: textiles, consumer goods, electronics, travel agencies.Other Info: • Based in Barcelona
