Your Impact In this role, you will oversee all HR activities on the ship, making sure everything runs smoothly for our diverse team.

Your Journey So Far We are looking for someone who have.
Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or hold a CIPD qualification.
At least five years of experience in a senior HR role, managing a large and diverse team, ideally in an international or cruise industry setting.
Speak fluent in English (C1 level) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
You have experience managing employee relations and leading organizational changes.
You're confident in building relationships, influencing others, and solving problems effectively.
