• Registering queries in the appropriate systems • Using a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate • Providing consistent advice and information, managing the resolution of queries against defined service levels • Being responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes We are searching for you, if you • Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months • Are self-confident in Czech communication as well • Have a basic knowledge of MS Office • Have great attention to detail and you have a proactive attitude toward work What you can expect from us is • Flexible work schedule with minimum hours/week • HUF/ hour (NET) • We are trialling a flexible and hybrid way of working to ensure our colleagues’ wellbeing and health & safety; we combine working from home with meeting max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office in Budapest.
