In Spain in particular, a team of around 10 to 15 people is being recruited to launch 150 charging stations live by the end of .
As Head Of Sales Spain your challenge will be to create partnerships with hotels, restaurants, malls, cinemas, and all car park operators, offering them multiple and attractive services.
With a unique state-of-the-art equipment (software and hardware), they also create values for station hosts with product integration based on data analysis.
The idea is to create interaction with host CRM, generating revenue opportunities and enhance Electra stations attractivity.
The company’s product is putting extreme attention to have an innovative UX and best of the class digital services.

Lead a team of sales in order to spot the best locations where to install our charging stations and convince landlords to sign long-term leases with Electra on their existing parkings Target of 150 secured locations by end of Help your General Manager to recruit Spanish team with the following key roles.
Business Development Senior, Sales Development Representative, Key Account Manager, Municipality Manager Build the sales machine both for SMB (Small Medium Businesses = Isolated locations) and Key Account (Tenders) in order to win the best locations in the country Coordinate the Sales Team from cold-calling to final deal negociation Design financial offers to landlords in order to maximize both Electra IRR + Electra’s chances to win the deal Pitch & convince real estate partners that Electra is the best CPO in SpainYour Profile You have 5 years in a similar position with an engineering or business school education.
You have the ability to set up operations from scratch, recruit and manage teams, obsessed with client satisfaction.
ou are a reactive person, able to take decisions quickly and you are solution-oriented, in a fast-moving environment.
With a good communication skills that allow you to involve and mobilize the various stakeholders in the project.
ou speak Spanish & English fluently.
French is a bonus.
You are sensitive to current energy and environmental issues.
