¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Develop processes, workflows, and incentive programs for team motivation and business performance enhancement.
Manage and optimize revenue operations from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
Identify critical operational issues and provide insights on productivity, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts effectively.
Utilize data and analytics to measure and enhance performance.
Collaborate with other departments for process improvements, including product and customer success teams.
Ensure control of rate disparities.
Conduct market and customer research for audience understanding and growth opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and revenue operations best practices.
Provide business leaders with reliable data reporting systems.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? +8 years of experience in revenue operations or related field.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics or related fields; MBA is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making experience.
Proficiency in revenue, marketing and business intelligence tools.
Understanding of sales process and company goals.
Experience managing sales or service managers teams.
Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Native/C1 level proficiency in Spanish and English.
