EMMA environment work capacity is highly valued.The mission of the position is to supervise, manage and coordinate all resources (material and human) involved in the Front Desk and the Back Office.We would like you to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.Your tasks: Here's a look at what you'll be doing on a daily basis:Organize, direct and coordinate the work of the reception staff in charge.Direct, supervise and plan all activities of the reception department.Coordinate and participate with other departments in the management of joint activities.Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities and services, as well as Lanzarote, the Canary Islands and the hotel's surroundings. Be prepared to respond to guest queries and questions.Be a continuous source of information offering help to all guests and colleagues.Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and requirements.Manage the check-in and check-out and collection of internal guests and visitors.Ensure that maximum information is collected from guests to develop guest history.Ensure that all department activities adhere to hotel standards and guest services operating procedures at all times, ensuring a high level of quality service.Act as an ambassador and role model in public areas.Follow and encourage brand standards.Ensure all finance-related tasks are completed on time, including daily document uploads, direct invoices, etc.Ensure all registration cards are checked against the correct guest profile and sign on registration cards.Give a warm welcome and a sincere farewell to arriving or departing guests.Be the liaison between the different teams and the arrival and departure of guests without problems.Report any guest incidents or complaints to the hotel manager.Act as seller of all properties and products.Perform any related duties as requested by the hotel manager.Ensure that guests do not have to wait or queue in the lobby by ensuring that all guests are recognized and offered assistance.Track customer satisfaction comments on different platforms.Carry out cash collection control at the different points of sale.Why us?At Radisson Blu, Resort Lanzarote we have a pleasant work environment, with a diverse team. La misión del puesto es supervisar, gestionar y coordinar todos los recursos (materiales y humanos) involucrados en el Front Desk y en el Back Office. Aquí tienes un vistazo a lo que harás en tu día a día: Organizar, dirigir y coordinar el trabajo del personal de recepción a su cargo. Dirigir, supervisar y planificar el conjunto de actividades del departamento de recepción. Coordinar y participar con otros departamentos en la gestión de actividades conjuntas. Mantener un alto nivel de conocimiento sobre las instalaciones y servicios del hotel, así como de Lanzarote, Canarias y los alrededores del hotel. Estar preparado para responder a las consultas y preguntas de los huéspedes. Ser una fuente continua de información ofreciendo su ayuda a todos los huéspedes y compañeros. Ser proactivo en la anticipación de las necesidades y requerimientos de los huéspedes. Gestionar el registro de entrada y salida y el cobro de los huéspedes internos y visitantes. Garantizar que se recopila el máximo de información de los para desarrollar el historial de huéspedes. Asegurar que todas las actividades del departamento están adheridas a las normas del hotel y a los procedimientos operativos de los servicios a los huéspedes en todo momento, garantizando un alto nivel de calidad en el servicio. Actuar como embajador y el modelo a seguir en las áreas públicas. Seguir y fomentar los estándares de la marca. Garantizar que todas las tareas relacionadas con las finanzas se completan a tiempo, incluyendo las cargas diarias de docuware, facturas directas, etc. Garantizar de que todas las tarjetas de registro se comprueban con el perfil correcto del huésped y firmar en las tarjetas de registro. Dar una cálida bienvenida y una sincera despedida a los huéspedes que llegan o se marchan. Ser el enlace entre los equipos diferentes equipos y la llegada y la salida de los huéspedes sin problemas. Informar de cualquier incidente o queja de los huéspedes al director del hotel. Actuar como vendedor de todas las propiedades y productos. Realizar cualquier tarea relacionada que le solicite el director del hotel. Garantizar que los huéspedes no tengan que esperar o hacer cola en el vestíbulo, asegurándose de que todos los huéspedes sean reconocidos y se les ofrezca asistencia. Realizar el seguimiento de los comentarios de satisfacción de los clientes en las diferentes plataformas.
