📌About The Role+ Ensure delivery of strategy for medical networks & Cost containmentSupport in shaping the strategy for medical networks & cost containment.Define objectives.Shape approach for delivering the strategy.Identify required projects.Shape structure projects and build roadmap.Ensure delivery of projects.+ Build a business analysis capabilityIdentify KPIs to be monitored.Clarify KPI methodology and calculation formula.Design dashboards to monitor the performance and activity of medical assistance.Design reports on evolution of medical expenses.✅ About the Profile+ Management consulting experience, 2/3 years minimum, ideally with Project manager level.+ Strong experience in office tools (ppt, excel, powerBI, data analysis tools).+ Strong analytical skills.+ Appetite for data analysis, data models, for presenting data.+ Fluent in English and Spanish. Catalan language knowlegde is a plus.+ The candidate must be comfortable with working autonomously. He/she must be organised, capable of structuring messages and presentations.+ The scope of project is broad and includes improving tools, increasing operational and business efficiency, enhancing provider network management. The candidate must be comfortable to tackle in parallel topics of different nature and time horizon.+ The candidate will also need to demonstrate ability to manage team members, organise workload, ensure delivery of objectives.🏆About the offer+ Starting date: ASAP.+ Work in an international environment.
