We offer a wide variety of marketing and advertising services, including strategy and planning, creative, content production, traditional and digital media advertising, influencer marketing, event marketing, e-commerce and performance marketing, among others.✔️ Your role at Cheil: Head of Performance ✔️ What we are looking for?What does the Head of Performance will do?Lead and supervise CRO and personalization strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversions on clients' websites. The Head of Performance will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with the client and making tangible the results of previous strategies.Develop and implement robust SEO strategies to improve clients organic search rankings and increase qualified traffic. Utilize data analysis and Business Intelligence tools to identify improvement and optimization opportunities in digital strategies.Collaborate closely with CRM, creative area, web development, and content teams to implement data-driven changes and enhancements.Oversee and manage budget allocated to performance initiatives, ensuring positive return on investment for clients.Stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance to drive innovation and continuous growth.Skills:This profile should possess technical, strategic and leadership skills. Including: Leadership and ability to establish a clear performance optimization of the digital area of the agency.Ability to communicate with other technical areas, the rest of the business areas and the client.Strong technical knowledge (Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CRO tools and platforms…)Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret web analytics, and make decisions based on insights.
