We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job description: Enfinity Global is seeking a seasoned and visionary Head of IT to lead our global IT operations. The Head of IT will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive innovation across all regions. The position could be based either in Spain or India.Key Responsabilities: Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and reliability of our global IT infrastructure.Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects that support business growth and strategic objectives.Oversee the management of IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions that maintain Enfinity Global's competitive edge.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and partnership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.+10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing global IT operations.Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into IT initiatives.Extensive experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-wide IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and cloud-based solutions.Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing robust security measures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
